a wonderful story of identity told through journal entries on a short road trip through the english countryside. a lifelong butler reminisces on his life and career where he placed utmost value on duty and excellence. traces of humanity are visibly peaking out from beneath the surface and we watch as they're suppressed or actually spill out.
